The Inquisition persecution in the end of the 15 century was responsible to show one of the most representative personalities of the colonial population: Bento Teixeira. New Christian, teacher and scholar, he was prisoner by the Hole Inquisition, in 1595 for Judaism crimes. During the process he wrote numerous tests in which he tried to save his life. Trough these tests he showed the prison\'s daily routine and the corruption of the Inquisitors. The Brazilian colonial life was described and appears a criptojewih community fighting against exclusion and prejudice
