Este artículo pretende arrojar alguna luz sobre la tímida incorporación de periodistas de origen migrante en medios de comunicación españoles, analizando no solo las dificultades de acceso al empleo y las precarias condiciones laborales, sino también la lucha por alcanzar la visibilidad y el reconocimiento como profesionales de la comunicación. La inclusión de estos periodistas debe ser enmarcada en un contexto altamente desfavorable para el ejercicio de la profesión, caracterizada por una desregulación crónica. Using the functional-integral method, we investigate the effect of a two-level systems thermal reservoir on the single particle dynamics. We find that at low temperatures, within the sub-ohmic regime, the particle becomes {}``dynamically'' localized at long times due to an effective potential generated by the particle-reservoir interaction. This behavior is different from the one obtained for the usual bath of harmonic oscillators and is fundamentally related with the non-Markovian character of the dissipative process.
This paper addresses the real-time monitoring of batch processes with multiple different local time trajectories of variables measured during the process run. For Unfold Principal Component Analysis (U-PCA)— or Unfold Partial Least Squares (U-PLS)-based on-line monitoring of batch processes, batch runs need to be synchronized, not only to have the same time length, but also such that key events happen at the same time. An adaptation from Kassidas et al.'s approach [1] will be introduced to achieve the on-line synchronization of batch trajectories using the Dynamic Time Warping (DTW) algorithm. This paper discusses how to use the warping information obtained after batch synchronization for process monitoring and fault classification. The warping information can be used for i) building unsupervised control charts or ii) fault classification when a rich faulty batches database is available. Data from realistic simulations of a fermentation process of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae cultivation are used to illustrate the proposal.
This paper presents a new fault injection method based on the CEU (Code Emulated Upsets) strategy that simulates the consequences of SEUs (Single Event Upsets) in complex digital circuits such as processors, observed in radiation ground test experiments. Multiple upsets are injected during the program execution at instants following the probability distribution obtained from radiation static tests. Upsets are injected in all accessible targets of the studied processor (registers, internal memories, cache memories) with minimum intrusiveness, using an interrupt mechanism. The proposed approach was validated on a 64-bits MIPS processor. Fault injection campaigns evaluated both the impact on the errors occurring in the data cache and the efficiency of a software implemented fault tolerance technique.
